Where is my choice of property located
Please view the locations page on the website which has a flagged map showing all the homes and apartments. All are located close to the city centre and on each web page is a map linked to a route planner.
For your convenience we have selected properties close to our offices which mean that we can meet you promptly for access and departure and if needed to promptly attend to any problems that may occur during your stay.

Furnishings and Equipment - will our apartment contain everything we need?
All properties are well equipped, all have full gas central heating and hot water, modern bathrooms; kitchens will have all the utensils and appliances you would expect for every day use; well-furnished rooms. There will also be at least one colour TV. If you would like a better indication of what to expect in a particular property then please check internal photographs included with each property's web site entry will also give an indication of the standards to be found.

What time can I arrive and when must I depart by?
At most of our properties the arrival time is 3.00pm and you must depart by 10.00am. However we are flexible and try to accommodate later arrivals, it may also be possible to drop off luggage earlier than the 3 pm arrival time, by prior arrangement.

How do I get the keys for the property?
We will meet you at the property or give you the required code if the property has a key safe.

How much is the deposit?
If a booking is made six weeks or more before the booking is due to start a deposit of 25% of the rent. If a booking is made less than six weeks before the start of the holiday is due to be paid at the time of booking.

Are groups/young bookings allowed?
Depending on the circumstances we may accept group and younger group bookings.

Do you accept short breaks?
Yes. The majority of our properties are available to book for short breaks or long weekends of a minimum of 3 nights outside July and August. During these months a minimum 7 night stay must be booked. Please check individual property descriptions to confirm if they accept short breaks.

Is bed linen, towels, electric etc included in the price?
Bed Linen is included in the price, and beds will be made up on arrival. Towels (not beach towels) are included in all properties.
Sofa beds where requested will not be made up but linen will be provided. All gas and electricity costs are included in the booking price.

Can you provide a travel cot and high chair.
Yes we can provide a cot and high chair to guests free of charge.

Is linen provided on a travel cot?
No. We have found that most parents prefer to provide their own linen for young babies, so you will need to bring your own if you have hired a travel cot.

The property accepts 8… Can I bring 8 & a baby in a cot?
In most cases this should not be a problem - provided the property accepts children and there is room for a cot to be put up in one of the bedrooms.

Can I bring my dog with me?
No our properties are not suitable for pets.

Are any of the properties suitable for someone with a disability.
Yes some apartments have entrances on the ground floor and a WC on the ground floor level, and wider staircases. We suggest asking us for advice and we can give you full details and an access statement if required.

What if I need to cancel my holiday?
Depending on the circumstances you may be eligible for a refund.

Do you provide insurance?
No. Please check your travel insurance.

I want to make sure I get my first choice of cottage and dates. How far ahead can I book?
We can provisionally hold dates up to 12 months in advance.
